Time and money for training always seem short in a college store, yet training develops more effective employees who are better equipped to do their jobs and contribute to a stores success.  CACS offers a very easy way for its members to provide training in an in-store setting at petty-cash cost.  Using a CACS training video provides you with the flexibility of offering training when your employees need it but without the cost of seminar fees and travel.

Videotapes are loaned for a period of two-seven days at a cost of $5.00 per tape for shipping and handling.  The tapes are shipped via Priority Mail from the CACS office.  You return the tapes insured at $50.00/tape via Priority Mail in the original reusable carton, using the return label which will accompany the shipment.  Shipments should be made to:

Responsibility:  If videotapes are lost, damaged, destroyed or are not returned, the CACS member is responsible and will be billed for full replacement cost of the item or original cost in the case of non-replaceable items.
Reservations:  Reservations are encouraged.  When requests for an item exceed availability, CACS will notify the requestor who will be placed on a waiting list on a first-come first-served basis.  Only two videotapes will be available at one time to any one member.  (The CACS Director of Operations will have the authority to approve exceptions.)  CACS is not responsible for videotapes not available due to delays beyond our control.
