PCCE Stores Registered as of 10/16/12

 This November, the California Association of College Stores
 (CACS) and the Northwest College Bookstore Association
 (NCBA) are proud to announce they will hold a combined
 meeting at The Nugget Hotel and Casino in Sparks (Reno),
 Nevada.  This landmark gathering will be called the Pacific
 Coast Conference and Expo (PCCE) and will mark the fourth installment of the
 Mega regional meeting series, Mega 2003 and 2006 in Reno, Mega 2009 in Las
 Vegas and now in 2012 the PCCE back in Reno.

 Why go back to Reno?  For both store members and vendors it is simply more
 economical.  Reno also enables the committee a better opportunity to offer
 excellent keynote speakers, state of the art education, and a strong productive
 buying show.  The on-site PCCE buying show will give vendors the opportunity to
 show their products and meet with college store professionals from both of these
 outstanding associations.  

As an added bonus, prior to the PCCE, NACS will be holding the annual Community College Store Summit in the same hotel with opportunities for attendees of the PCCE to attend both at a reduced price.  Following the CC Summit, the PCCE begins with a day of industry education and networking, followed by the Trade Show day, and then another day of education with the second education day having a strong emphasis on how technology has impacted our business and a glimpse into the future.  The entire meeting is designed to not only enhance us all as college store professionals, but to look into the future of our industry and be on the cutting edge of what’s new in these constantly evolving times.  

As has been the case for a number of years, budget issues affect us all, but this event is always considered to be a worthwhile investment for member stores.  To help your store, we are offering you the opportunity to pay an early bird reduced registration fee for PCCE 2012 of $279.

We sincerely hope you can join us in Reno and realize the tremendous value of the PCCE and have the opportunity to network with industry colleagues from both the vendor and store side of our industry, you’ll be glad you did.
